Nico's tasting notes
The nose takes us into a spicy, very fresh torrent, with ginger and strong citrus notes. We imagine a rum that is round, but at the same time capable of a little bite of bitterness that awakens the palate.
The palate is round and flavorful, with a lemony ginger that starts out fresh, then becomes warmer and spicier. The rum is sweet and coats all this spicy ambience, invading the whole palate to leave a few peppery flavors.
