In our opinion, this is the ideal tasting glass.
Indeed, its "tulip" shape allows the spirit (in this case, rum...) to develop its aromas in the glass and then concentrate them towards the nose.
On the other hand, its base prevents the precious liquid from being heated with the hand.
Manufactured by Chef et Sommelier, they are made of Kwarx: this highly transparent material (even more so than crystal) is perfectly recyclable and more resistant than conventional glass.
The packaging is specially designed to withstand shocks during transport.
Its "technical" characteristics are as follows:
– its 16.5 cl capacity offers 6 cl when broken (this is therefore the maximum recommended), whereas in reality 2 cl is enough for a tasting.
– 70 mm in diameter, 170 mm in height.
– each glass weighs 105 grams.
