The 2022 harvest of La perle fine de la maison A 1710 is the3rd opus of this brut de distillation rum.
Made in Martinique at Habitation du Simon, this rum is distilled from pure sugarcane juice, fermented for 5 to 7 days. The vesou is distilled twice, several days apart, in a copper still called La Belle Aline.
La perle fine is a cuvée bottled at its natural alcohol content.
