Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, the rum is lively, floral and vegetal. Raspberry and lychee respond to each other in a tangy language. The raspberry seems jammy, with its tiny seeds sparkling like peppery berries.
The palate is fruity, very red and tangy. The raspberry juice is diluted by a fresh, fluid lychee water. The rum is discreet, expressed through a little lemon zest.
