Description
Bimber 2018 Ex-Pedro Ximenez Antipodes is a Single Malt London Whisky made by the London distillery Bimber founded in 2015 by Dariusz Plazewski.
This whisky was distilled in 2018, in the young distillery's flame-heated stills. The distillery has a 1000-liter wash-still and a 600-liter spirit-still.
Initial aging took place in a single bourbon cask, before spending a further 9 months in a cask that had contained a Pedro Ximenez.
The color is natural, and no additives were added before bottling. 321 numbered bottles were produced.
