Description
Cañero 12 Cognac finish is a rum produced in the Dominican Republic from sugarcane molasses.
Produced by Cuban master rum-maker Juan Alberto Alvarez, the rum was first aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks using the traditional solera method. It was then finished for several months in oak barrels that had previously contained cognac.
