Clairin Vaval is a Haitian rum made from cane juice. It is traditionally distilled at the Arawaks distillery in Cavaillon.
This is a single-varietal rum produced from "Madame Meuze" sugarcane. Fermentation is spontaneous, meaning the yeasts are natural, originating from the sugarcane juice and the surrounding air.
The fermented cane juice is distilled by Fritz Vaval in a unique homemade still.
The rum has not been added or reduced.
