Description
Clément 5 ans single batch chauffe extrême is a very old AOC Martinique agricultural rum.
This cuvée, created by cellar master Julien Thimon, was aged for 5 years in new American oak barrels. These barrels have undergone a special bousinage process known as "extreme toasting", which allows the rum to penetrate deep into the wood, resulting in highly pronounced aromas.
Bousinage involves burning the inside of the barrel with a flame.
Each bottle is numbered.
