Proud of its origins, Eddu Brocéliande whisky is Breton right down to the barrel.
Made at the Menhirs distillery in Finistère, Eddu is the only buckwheat whisky. Eddu Brocéliande is double-distilled in a still heated over an open fire. It is then aged for 5 years in ex-Cognac casks before completing its maturation in new oak barrels from the Brocéliande forest. The distillery was able to benefit from these barrels thanks to a partnership between the ONF and the VICARD cooperage.
