English Harbour Cœur de Savalle is produced by the cellar master of Antigua Distillery Ltd. This company produces rum under the English Harbour brand.
After distillation in a Savalle French column still, the rum was aged at 80°C in lightly toasted oak barrels. It spent eight years in the specific climate of Antigua before being bottled at cask strength.
In 8 years the alcohol content has gone from 80° to 73.6°.
