Description
Cuvée 7ème Symphonie de la Famille Ricci is a blend of two rums.
It is composed of 30% of a first rum from the Bielle distillery on Marie-Galante. This is a column rum made from grey cane.
The second, 70%, comes from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados.
Before bottling, this blend undergoes seven successive maturation cycles in a variety of 7 casks. To this end, the Ricci family selected new French oak, American oak, black oak, Amburana, Minuzara, accacia and mahogany casks, applying different toasting levels.
