For the sign of Virgo, their choice fell on a virgin rum of any aging in wood. It is a molasses rum distilled at Hampden in Jamaica. This rum bears the marks HLCF, which means on its ester rate is between 400 and 600 g/hLap.
This rum was bottled without reduction and after resting in stainless steel vats for two years.
