HSE Cuvée Federica Matta is an amber rum aged between one year and 18 months in French oak barrels.
It is also a tribute to the Chilean-American artist Federica Matta, who studied in Martinique in the early 1970s.
It was in Martinique, at the HSE wine cellars, that she exhibited her work between December 2016 and September 2017. The exhibition, entitled "The Journey of Imaginations," featured canvases, mobiles, and light projections. It was an invitation to travel, much like the rum from distant islands…
It can be drunk neat or as a ti punch.
