Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, we're definitely in the mood for Christmas. We visualize little gingerbread men, with cinnamon, nutmeg, aniseed, cardamom and honey. Orange zest is also present, along with a buttery cookie and a touch of banana.
The palate is very round and fleshy. The taste buds are quickly seized by the orange zest and slightly piquant spices, which gently warm the palate. The Christmas atmosphere is there, with gingerbread, aniseed and oranges, as in a mulled wine. But this is a tropical Christmas, with the little surprise of spices.
