The color is golden, the tears are fine and slow.
Nose: very sweet, creamy seems to be the right adjective. Caramel and vanilla paste, warm peat, then gentle smoky sea spray. Heated grist under friction, a hint of seaweed.
On the palate, it's very light, iodized and mineral, with a slightly smoky return, a little earth and grass.
The finish is mineral, iodized and herbaceous. A touch of smoke lengthens the finish.
