This finely peated Peat Smoke Malt Rye Whisky comes from the Kyrö distillery. Made from malted rye grown and processed in Finland, it is a unique product.
Here, the rye is smoked with freshwater peat for 24 hours in a barn.
The distillery has opted for a minimum of two years aging in new American oak barrels.
