Pear and Javanese long pepper are the ingredients in this "Signatures" creation from La Fabrique de l'Arrangé. This collection brings together recipes that are each more delicious and original than the last.
The AOC Martinique white agricultural rum on which this creation is based was matured in oak barrels from the Rousseau cooperage. It was then macerated with dried pears and Java long pepper.
This rhum arrangé has not been filtered before bottling to avoid altering the final product.
