Several years ago, Longueteau decided to produce a limited series of plot-selected whites. Each plot on the estate is planted with a single variety of cane.
This is the 2021 harvest from plot no. 4. Located by the sea and benefiting from a dry and saline atmosphere, it is planted with blue cane B69-566.
