Montebello Zenga rum goes black with this Montebello Zenga Black cuvée, made from black cane only.
It is a single-varietal agricultural white rum distilled in January 2022 and bottled in January 2023 after a year of rest in vats. It thus benefited from a long stirring and a slow reduction to 60°.
In the West Indies, the ZENGA rooster, depicted on the label and case, is none other than the leader of the barnyard and a great fighter. He is feared by his adversaries, and revered by his many admirers.
