New Grove Liqueur de Café is made from molasses rum fromMauritius. New Grove is a single estate rum, produced entirely from local raw materials. The distillery is young (2005), but already offers a multitude of white and aged rums. In this case, the rum has been infused with freshly-ground coffee, giving off beautiful roasted nuances.
