On Ti Dousè Piment is a spiced rum made with agricultural rum, fruit and spices. The latter are biodynamically farmed and come from the French West Indies.
This nectar tastes like chili pepper but isn't spicy! It's made with "vegetarian" chili pepper, a variety endemic to the Antilles that has the unique characteristic of not being hot. Mild and very aromatic, this chili pepper is used to infuse Martinique rhum agricole with cane sugar and a blend of spices. The infusion process lasts three months.
