Papillon Vieux is an agricultural rum made with all the historical know-how of the Longueteau house. It is produced at the family distillery on the Domaine du Marquisat in Sainte-Marie.
After Creole column distillation, the rum is aged for 3 years in both new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels.
