Pastis Château Des Creissauds vintage 2021 Brut de Foudre is a genuine artisanal pastis created by Ferroni.
This is the unreduced version of the vintage pastis they produce every year. It is made like Pastis Château Des Creissauds 2021, but without the dilution step with spring water.
The plants macerated in super-fine alcohol are grown in Provence, at the Domaine des Creissauds, and benefit each year from the evolving terroir that makes this pastis so special.
Bottling is done by hand by Guillaume Ferroni and his team of enthusiasts.
