Renegade Pre Cask Lake Antoine Pot Still Lower Crater Lake South is a pure cane juice rum produced by the distillery located near Pearl, in the northeast of the island of Grenada. Les cannes à sucre de variété Purple Tallboy (B69566), très riches en saccharose, sont cultivées sur le terroir « Lower Crater Lake South ». Celui-ci est situé sur les pentes abruptes du lac du cratère volcanique Lake Antoine. Elles poussent sur un sol limono-argileux granuleux et profitent donc d’un microclimat inédit.
The rum was fermented for 60 hours, then distilled in September 2021 in an iron still. This cuvée delivered a total of 3156 bottles in February 2022.
