To make this rhum arrangé, fresh guavas are macerated in barrels of agricultural rum from the French West Indies (Guadeloupe and Martinique).
Add cane sugar (in moderate quantities), a little cinnamon and a vanilla pod.
The rum is filtered before bottling.
