This Ti'Lulo Latino is a "spiced" rum made near Nantes from AOC Martinique rum and naranjilla, a fruit more commonly known as "Lulo" which comes from South America and is used there to make fresh fruit juices, jam and ice cream or sorbet…
Laurent's tasting notes
Its color is golden and cloudy.
On the nose, we are faced with an original and unfamiliar profile. There are aromas of citrus, pineapple and, more surprisingly, green tomato jam. The whole is well-balanced between sugar and sweetness on the one hand, and freshness and acidity on the other.
On the palate, too, the different sensations combine well to form a coherent whole. (Measured) sweetness, Colombian fruit aromas, acidity and rum, it's all there.
The finish is long and perfectly concludes this gourmet experience. This time we have a combination of pineapple and tomato notes, while the rum is still present.
"Ced has come up with another amazing new product with this infused rum."
