As every year, the French market has the right to a unique vintage. The 2024 edition is a 9-year-old rum distilled in 2014.
This is an extra old agricultural rum bottled without reduction. It has benefited from 100% tropical aging in a barrel that previously contained port. This barrel No. 967 gave birth to 975 bottles.
The pure fresh cane juice was distilled in a Savalle column after a 2-day fermentation.
