In brief: lemon - sugar - cane - quite warm in the mouth
On the nose, the lemon is very sweet, like a syrup scented with lime zest. The rum comes through at times, giving the impression of a sweet ti-punch. It's the cane that shines through, with its peppery fiber. This sweet version of ti-punch is clean and natural.
On the palate, the white rum hits the taste buds first, followed by a very sweet and spicy sensation. Lime juice fills the mouth, a very ripe lemon with rich juice.
