Speakeasy Indian Ocean is a cuvee produced in Brittany by the La Mine D'Or distillery.
The origin of this cuvée is a rum from Mauritius. The latter, matured in American and French oak casks in a tropical climate, was offered a second maturation in Brittany.
The Galaad whisky casks used for the second maturation come from the La Mine D'Or distillery.
