Appleton

Appleton

Home of Bob Marley and the Rastafari philosophy, Jamaica is also known as the home of one of the most prestigious distilleries in the Caribbean. Although the first written records of rum production date back to 1749, the origins of the estate date back to the mid-17th century. At the time, the fertile land belonged to the Dickinson family. Until the beginning of the 20th century, the estate changed ownership three times, until today it belongs to the Wray family, who have chosen to perpetuate the brand's age-old traditions.
