Peat's Beast
Peat's Beast is a legendary beast that roamsScotland, thirsting for peat. The originator of this legend is Eamonn Jones, director of Fox Fitzgerald Ltd. This former Whyte & Mackay regional manager was responsible for sales of Dalmore, Jura and other leading brands. He has built a team around some of the best names in the business. Gerald Erdrich, his importer, was the first. Mark Graham, who came up with the concept, called on Dough Alves, who designed the beast. Finally, his partner of 30 years, Aidan Smith, ensured quality at every stage of production.
Peat's Beast is a very peaty whisky, available in 4 expressions. Peat's Beast Intensely Peated comes from a secret Speyside distillery (peat isn't only found on Islay!). Bottled at the classic 46% proof, it is not chill-filtered, and contains no additives or colorants.
Le Peat’s Beast Pedro Ximenez Finish est un « batch strength » (assemblage de bruts de fûts). Il a connu un premier élevage en fûts de bourbon, avant de bénéficier d’une finition de 9 mois en fûts de sherry Pedro Ximenez.
