Isautier Arrangé Letchi Passion is an original creation from the famous house of Saint-Pierre de La Réunion. This arranged rum is made from Isautier rum. Cane sugar and exotic fruits typical of Reunion are added.
It can be enjoyed frosted, and its sweetness will delight even the most demanding gourmets.
Nico's tasting notes
The nose is immediately taken by a flight of lychee, like a fruit salad in syrup. One imagines a full-bodied arrangé, almost like a fruit juice. The passion fruit adds even more consistency, and you can just make out its kernels, full of stone aromas.
On the palate, the pronounced acidity of passion fruit takes charge. It is accompanied by a thick texture of fruit purée, followed by a certain sweetness. More delicate notes of lychee come through on the finish.
