Labourdonnais Infusion Gingembre - Ananas is an arranged rum made from pure cane juice from Mauritius.
This artisanal rum is infused with exotic fruits, ginger and pineapple. Located in Mapou, the distillery's estate boasts a wide variety of fruits and herbs. The island's 2 seasons impose different crops on the producer, resulting in limited collections of infused rums.
Once harvested, the fruit infuses for many months in white rum made from pure cane juice, before being sweetened by the addition of locally-produced cane syrup.
