Bristol Classic Rum

Bristol Classic Rum is the rum brand of Bristol Spirits, an independent English bottler that imports rum. The aging process generally continues in Bristol in a cool, humid cellar, sometimes with the rum being transferred to a different cask for a "finishing" effect.

Bristol Spirits bottles and distributes rum as well as cognac, armagnac, whisky... Some fifteen different rums are on offer.

Its president, John Barrett, is particularly careful to respect the rules he has set himself: no blending (a single still, or even a single cask), no coloring and no filtration (or only light filtration). Read less
