Summum
Summum is a rum brand from the Dominican Republic that draws its essence from the excellence conveyed by maestro ronero Juan Alberto Alvarez. Having already collaborated with several renowned Caribbean distilleries, the master rum-maker has demonstrated his mastery of the solera aging system.
The brand draws inspiration from the rum that, during the Cuban War of Independence at the end of the 19th century, became popular thanks to Cuban General Maximo Gomez. Indeed, after each victory, he made a habit of toasting with this Dominican rum, which for him was the "ultimate" rum. Read less
